This wine is produced in the hilly territories of the Ascoli Piceno province, approximately 300 metres above sea level. Produced predominantly from pecorino and passerina before being blended with trebbiano, this is a beautifully delicate, soft white wine that is perfect with seafood or vegetable risotto.
It is delicious - and more engaging than most Italian dry whites at this modest price we’ve tried recently.

Pitch perfect Italian dry white showing aromas and flavours of honeysuckle, fresh lychee, and brisk lemony fruit amidst some waxy nutty undertones. There’s no oak yet it still feels textural, leesy and silky with the underlying citrus punch giving it plenty of nerve and spine urging you back again and again for another sip.
