Tasting Notes
Intense and luscious wine with a good amount of honeyed botrytis influence that doesn’t swamp varietal flavour. Classy wine with a good backbone of acidity.
The winery writes "A luscious and beautifully balanced wine with clover honey and candied peel aromas. A rich full and unctuous mouthful of flavour, with a clean citrus finish. Wonderful on it's own, this sweet wine is also a good companion for desserts and a variety of cheeses. Very enjoyable now with exceptional cellaring up to 2030."
