Soave is a dry, light-bodied white wine, much like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Gris. This lovely expression is bright and vibrant with hints of stonefruit, citrus, marzipan and spices. A slight salinity and mineral quality on the palate and crisp acidity make this the perfect match for seafood.
