Today, in the capable hands of Alexia and Pierre Bouyer, the estate of Chateau Milon represents more than seven generations of viticultural heritage. The domain is constituted of 18 hectares with 80% merlot and 20% cabernet franc under vine. Alexia takes great care and pride in the viticulture of the vines, creating stunning, elegant reds and Ambrosius Cuvée is a beautiful, fruity Saint Emilion Grand Cru. The 2018 is a blend of 75% merlot 25% cabernet franc, and it's absolutely delicious.

Tasting Notes
Pretty with lovely fruit aromas of damsons and a hint of strawberry. Nicely balanced structure with good concentration and depth which carries through to the long finish. A classic and delicious Saint-Émilion - well made and elegant.
