This 2023 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is something special. Those classic Marlborough characters of bright tropical fruits and passionfruit are still there in force but a significant portion of the juice was fermented and matured in French oak which has added stunning texture and complexity. Pair this with whitebait fritters and watch the magic unfold.
