Domaine Laroche is now one of the largest owners of Premier and Grand Cru Vineyards in Chablis, producing wines of very high quality. Saint Martin Chablis comes from the most premium plots of the Domaine Laroche Chablis vineyards and has undergone complete malolactic fermentation. This gives the wine a nice complexity that is wonderfully balanced by fresh minerality and freshness, typical of the terroir.
