Tasting Notes
With a touch of skins on the press, the base wine itself gives us some big daddy acid, full of tropical fruit and maximum texture. Alongside the star of the show, some ruby grapefruits have been added for texture, peppermint gum for some refreshing aromatics and finally, finger limes for some acid pop. Blended with both fresh and dried wormwood for a double-barrelled hit of herbals.
