We hadn't tasted a pinot / shiraz blend before, but this softly composed Aussie red was a very pleasant surprise - and it's sure to put a smile on the face of our bargain buyers.
Look for loads of classic pinot flavours in the dark cherry spectrum with some weight and spice from the shiraz component. It's bright, juicy and uncomplicated - which is exactly what wine in the price bracket should be - and a very attractive option when you want something delicious that won't break the bank.
