This wine takes its name from the emerald colour of the Mediterranean and is made from the varieties Mosacatel de Alejandria and Gewurztraminer. It offers floral aromas of white roses and notes of tropical fruit.
The winery writes "Brilliant straw yellow. Very fragrant, with delicate floral (rose) and fruit (lychee) notes. Soft and seductive on
the palate with a luscious (acacia honey) finish."

Summer stunner but don’t over chill it
This is a gorgeous summer white. It’s really flavoursome at around 8 degrees centigrade but if you drink it directly from a kitchen fridge you will miss all its lovely notes so if you don’t have a wine fridge let it warm up slightly before drinking. It’s a great thirst quencher on its own on a hot day but it also goes great with spicy food.
