Three Fates Rose 2023

Fate and COVID-19 played a hand in bringing three young Hawke's Bay women together, all with an extensive wine background, to create Three Fates. The passion project conceived by Holly Girven Russell, Hester Nesbitt and Casey Motley leads with one simple mantra - to create wines that they would want to drink. As Stephen Wong MW says, since release, Three Fates has always been a little left of centre, like a remastered and more relevant remix of well-known tunes, and definitely one to watch.

Fruit for this rosé was picked as "red wine ripeness" to ensure depth and complexity of flavour. Made from a seductive blend of 75% syrah, 15% cabernet franc and 10% albarino, it's dry but with an abundance of fresh fruit and candyshop flavours and a light tannic grip. Totally complex rosé that deserves a try. You won't regret it.
