Three Fates Petillant Natural Rose 2024

Fate and COVID-19 played a hand in bringing three young Hawke's Bay women together, all with an extensive wine background, to create Three Fates. The passion project conceived by Holly Girven Russell, Hester Nesbitt and Casey Motley leads with one simple mantra - to create wines that they would want to drink. As Stephen Wong MW says, since release, Three Fates has always been a little left of centre, like a remastered and more relevant remix of well-known tunes, and definitely one to watch.

Only produced when the mood is high and grapes are in pristine condition, their 'Pet Nat' Rosé is unbashedly bright pink in colour with fine bubbles. Made from roughly 50% Bridge Pa Syrah and 50% merlot, it's bursting with flavours of watermelon and raspberry with every sip. Delish!
