Brimming with fresh, tangy flavours of ripe citrus, this perfectly pitched Waipara Sauvignon Blanc is drinking like a dream. A small portion of fruit was fermented in older oak which had added texture and complexity to the crisp, fruitful palate. Easy to love.

A Sauvignon Blanc full of character, comprised of fruit from 31 year old vines — 3 different clones grown on three different terraces — handled 3 different ways in the winery. Kaboom!"
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Super fresh, bright and varietal bouquet with core scents of fresh white fleshed tropical fruits and lemon lime citrus highlights, some sweet green apple, red bell-pepper and hay. Dry with a satin touch before the acid line engages the senses salivating, saline and fresh. Flavours of citrus and fresh herbs, some tropical fruits and whisper of white pepper."
