94/100 | Cameron Douglas MS
FOUR STARS | Cuisine Magazine 2015
Good Kiwi Methode can be hard to come by and this one comes from a top producer with a proven sparkling wine track record. Vinted from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir and aged on lees for 18 months before disgorging, this is a gorgeous, textural sparkling wine with vibrant flavours in the citrus spectrum and subtle nutty hints. Sublime.

Selectively grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes have been bottle fermented and aged on lees for 18 months prior to disgorging creating a beautiful complex wine with citrus and nutty notes.
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Complex bouquet with an intense autolysis of brioche and oat, strawberry, peach and ripe citrus. Equally complex on the palate with bakery goods, some mineral - chalk, white strawberry, stone fruits and very leesy. Fine bold mousse, lengthy finish and nicely complex."
