Welcome to Seris, Waiheke Whisky's sherry finish range named for the Arabic translation of Jerez, the birthplace of Sherry.
The lightly peated Seris 2 is the second release, following up its precursor with a beautifully rich and unctuous dram. Initial maturation in American Oak gives the liquid a floral nature, before being finished in Australian Sherry casks which cultivates notes of glazed orange peel, citrus, spiced apple and sandalwood.
