A delightful rosé. Expect delightful aromas of rose petals, candy and sherbet on the nose that lead to an incredibly moreish palate full of strawberry, peach and citrus flavours. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, it's vibrant pink colour results from leaving juice in contact with the skins overnight, prior to a gentle whole bunch press. A real crowd pleaser.

The winery writes "This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of rose petal and candy with an abundance of strawberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled."
Cuisine Magazine writes "The colour is pale and delicate in the glass with tempting aromas of freshly crushed strawberries and fresh-cut flowers alongside crunchy red apples.
