This is a lovely rosé expression from one of the greatest French producers. Chapoutier have been making wine since 1808 and remain at the very forefront of Rhone wine production. This sharply priced Pays d'OC Rosé has long been a favourite with Kiwi wine lovers with it's refreshing palate and bright flavours of summer fruits. The 2023 is a blend of grenache and cinsault. It's dry but with a juicy mid-palate weight. It comes highly recommended.

The winery writes "A bright, rose petal colour in the glass with lovely floral and fresh red berry aromas. The wine is cleanly flavoured on entry, with a nice balance of acidity enhanced by notes of white-fleshed fruit."
