Borsao's vineyards are situated on the northern slopes of the Moncayo mountain range, in the Campo de Borja region of northeast Spain, where the cooling Cierzo wind creates a unique microclimate, ideal for growing grapes. This versatile and fruity red can be enjoyed on its own and will also be a great match for red meats and rich pasta dishes. Try with a slice of manchego cheese and spicy chorizo for a winning pairing.

The winery writes "Generous aromas of dark plum and bramble fruit, with gentle spicy notes. The palate has fresh, ripe
