Shot in the Dark wines come from the prolific stable of Johnny Quarisa - a man who knows better than most how to put real flavour into a glass of Aussie red. This Shiraz Petite Sirah is a big, friendly Aussie red that dials down the acidity and revs up the rich, smoky, ripe fruit flavours. This silky smooth wine has long been a favourite with the Advintage Faithful and comes very highly recommended.
