The winery writes "Nicely varietal Cabernet nose showing dark fruit intensity underpinned by savoury oak. Typical of McLaren Vale’s opulent take on Cabernet, the palate is full of dark berries and ripe plums before an impressively long finish sculpted by fine tannins. This wine is a great balance between easy going approachability counterpointed by definition and structure."
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "It's nicely fragrant on the nose with dark plum, spiced cherry, green olive and roasted almond notes, leading to a fruity palate that's supple and smooth. An attractive medium-bodied red with a pleasant dry finish."
