Paritua are a shining star of Hawke's Bay fine wine production and when you taste this incredible wine you will immediately know why the scores for it are so high. 2112 is Paritua's flagship wine and it is a superb effort. The 2021 is a blend of 69% cabernet sauvignon, 19% cabernet franc and 12% merlot. Sweet fruit flavours and ultra fine tannins combine with a subtle yet lingering power on the palate and a simply extraordinary length. This is New Zealand red at its absolute pinnacle. Powerful but not overworked. Refined. Magnificent. Purchase with our very highest recommendation.

Flavours of dark berries, dark plums, cacao and toasty baking spices from wood and bottle settling harmony. A dry full-bodied wine with an equal amount of power and complexity framing the flavours of dark red berries and plums, cinnamon and vanilla, clove and baking spices. An abundance of tannins are polished and along with the acidity frame the fruit and mouthfeel perfectly."
