FOUR STARS | Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
Hand harvested from pinot gris and chardonnay fruit, Mission Fete is an immediately enjoyable, elegant bubbles that has benefited from partial barrel fermentation and extended aging before using the Charmat method to complete the sparkling process. The result is delicate wine that is fresh and clean with citrus and hints of freshly baked bread. Just off dry. Delicious.

A toasty and mildly herbal style with a fine, bony structure and a fruitful palate. The nutty complexity against a background of savoury aspects makes for a classy sparkling wine.
The winery writes "The wine is perfumed showing a delicate pear aroma and soft creamy characteristics. The mousse is fine and very persistent. The mouthfeel is clean with nice freshness across the palate showing fresh bread, apple, pear, citrus, cream and nutty flavours."
