A wonderful example of dry, Central Otago Riesling. Very tight and refreshing with linear citrus fruits framed with racy acidity. Fragrant, very long and precise wine that is shows plenty of mineral highlights. Dry Riesling fans will immediately be drawn to the tension between those austere citrus flavours and the layers of acidity. Classy.
