In classic Mahi style this wine focuses on balance and palate texture rather than the usual fruit forward expression of Marlborough Pinot Gris. Some retained use of seasoned oak adds palate weight and some further depth but the tangy pear and citrus flavours that pinot gris is known for remain in full effect. Quality wine. We loved it.
