MiniMi is vinted from a blend of 70% grenache and 30% cinsault, and it's the classic 'onion skin' colour in the glass typical of quality Provence Rosé. A glossy element on the mid-palate brings a welcome touch of juiciness into play, while the cinsault component adds tangy minerality and a subtle saline note. Supple and fresh with a nice backbone of acidity, there's elegant floral and fruity nuances. Match with fresh seafood dishes or tapas for the long summer lunches ahead and watch the magic unfold.
