Imagination Black Barn Syrah Barrel Aged Gin 700ml

NEW LIMITED RELEASE

The Black Barn winemakers have joined forces with the rising stars at Imagination Distillery to create this wonderful and unique gin. The first round of this collaboration saw unprecedented sales, and due to the barrel aging process, it's since been unavailable for months. Well, they have now just nailed another batch and we made sure to get our hands on it as soon as it was bottled.  

The winemakers chose tightly grained and lightly toasted French oak barriques, which were used in the production of their Syrah. Then back at the distillery they are filled with Imagination's highest quality triple-distilled dry gin and carefully aged, letting nature take its course until the flavours develop into a vibrant and fruity gin, with a softy oaky body and lingering dry spice.
