This is something very special. Vinted from a blend of estate grown, hand-picked Hawke's Bay Syrah and Merlot, Airini sees Bostock enter the rarified air of the Luxe Rosé category, the first New Zealand company that we have seen do so. Every detail of this project has been honed to give the customer an exciting rosé experience, and this 2022 release will not disappoint. The tall, glass-stoppered bottles bring obvious table presence and the light salmon-hued wine within shines with subtle layers of spicy red summer fruits and wonderful acid balance. The finish goes on and on and on. 

Airini is crisp and dry but the mid-palate shows lovely glossy mouthfeel and that ethereal texture is what sets this exciting wine apart. It's an auspicious debut from one of the most exciting releases we have seen in a long time. Bravo.
