One of the great, dry Australian Rieslings. Crisp and linear with rapier like acidity framing background flavours of tangy lemon/lime. Mineral notes and some salinity enter the equation. Enjoy now with seafoods or cellar for the long haul. Exemplary.

Andrew Caillard MW writes "Pale colour. Fresh camomile, lemon curd, touch violet aromas with mineral slatey notes. Fresh bright and minerally with attractive lemon curd, grapefruit, camomile flavours, fine lacy textures and long racy acidity. Finishes bitter-sweet and touch chalky with tonic water notes. Modern Eden Valley Riesling style."
Mike Bennie writes "Pure and yet racy, a sense of precision yet drinkability – lime, green apple, blackcurrant, dill herbal elements, some sea spray, pink grapefruit, with these characters well meshed in the bouquet and palate."
The winery writes "Pale straw with green hues. Fragrant aromas of frangipani, white rose, almond blossom, lime leaf and white musk, with hints of jasmine and fresh herbs. The palate is intense and pure with flavours of lemon rind, lime and white stone fruit, balanced by fine mineral acidity and excellent length."
