We loved this one. Produced by a family-run winery in Nelson, it's a lush, textural riesling that's bursting with juicy fruit flavours. Fruit is hand-picked then gently whole bunch pressed before fermentation in tanks. It's been vinted in a medium-sweet style but there's a lovely line of crisp acidity on the finish that keeps the sweetness in check. Serve chilled on a warm summer afternoon and you'll see why we fell in love.

The winery writes "Delicate citrus florals combine with fresh, red apples, nectarines and flinty notes. The palate is light yet deliciously juicy and sweetly fruited. This sweetness is underpinned by a lively, intensifying acidity which emerges seamlessly and extends to a long and elegantly refreshing finish."
