Tasting Notes
The winery writes "Balance and complexity are the hallmarks of this exceptional Barossa Valley Shiraz. The nose is alive with a rich compote of fruits complemented by hints of dark chocolate, and toasty oak. The palate is awash with rich fruit concentration that lingers with enticing spice and nuances of mocha. It finishes long with beautifully appointed tannins and cleansing acidity. Perfect to cellar for up to a decade. Decant before drinking and serve with a chargrilled sirloin."
