They then combine the aroma and the body to give a delicious alcohol-free wine. Cool, huh?
This medium-dry pinot gris is vinted from selected parcels of fruit from Marlborough, Hawke's Bay and Waipara. The palate carries those delicious apple / pear characters that we love in pinot gris and lush fruit sweetness is well balanced by a touch of acidity.
