Raymond Chan writes "The nose is refreshing and mouthwatering, and shows a delicate line of bread and yeasty detail, unveiling a little toast. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is brisk and lively with refreshing acidity enlivening the mouthfeel. The palate has a moderately concentrated core of softly sweet stonefruits, florals and berryfruits. Nuances of bread and yeast emerge, integrating with the fruit. This is a youthfully fresh and firm, thirst-quenching dry sparkling rosé with restrained stonefruit, floral and berry flavours and subtle bready-yeasty elements on a lively palate with some grip."
