Produced by Simon Waghorn and his team at Astrolabe - one of New Zealand's most respected wine producers - Durvillea is a highly regarded option for those looking to sample the accuracy and sheer drinkability of the Astrolabe range at a more accessible price point.
The quirky Durvillea name comes from a seaweed variety Waghorn, a seaweed geek(!), studied at University. This medium bodied pinot gris bursts with ripe peach and pear flavours. De-lish.
