The winery writes "A very easy drinking maritime warm climate Cabernet Sauvignon. A core signature of blackcurrant and violets. Juicy palate with black fruits, cherry and currant with a touch of dried sage and a freshness of spearmint. The tannins are fine and polished. Totally delicious."
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Opaque in appearance with a black purple core and pink rim. Aromas and flavours of blackberry and dark chocolate, raspberries and boysenberries, clove and vanilla. A palate filled with lots of texture and mouthfeel from an abundance of tannins frames by acidity then core ripe fruit flavours. Delicious, fresh and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2033."
