93/100 'Excellent' | Cameron Douglas MS
92/100 | IWC 2024
Premium Sauv from the Te Muna Road terraces in Martinborough. The cooler climate of Martinborough and maturation in oak barrels has given this wine texture and complexity with a delicious line of minerality. An excellent match for fresh oysters or spicy thai food.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Vibrant, pungent and refreshing bouquet of sweet citrus and white peach, fresh thyme and basil, passionfruit and white spice. A wet pebble minerality is a constant seam alongside a floral scent. An electric acidity touches the palate first then white fleshed orchard and tropical fruits are at the core of flavour. The minerality and herb qualities also return with less impact though still noticeable. A perfect summer 2024 wine served as an aperitif or with fresh seafood."
The winery writes "Very pale straw. Precision and purity are hallmarks of the 2023 release. Fresh kaffir lime leaf and white floral aromatics. The palate shows an abundance of fruit intensity in tune with the textural elements and crystalline finish that this vineyard is loved for. Sophisticated and moreish."
