Iconic producer Coopers Creek are renowned for producing quality, classic wines and this delicious blend is no exception. Hailing from the excellent 2020 vintage, Coopers Creek 'Cee Vee' 2020 is an enticing blend of 73% chardonnay and 27% viognier - and it has a lot going on in the glass.
Vibrant and fresh with underlying weight and generosity and texture, it straddles both sides of the street. The chardonnay component brings the weight and power of punchy Gisborne fruits while the viognier component brings silky mouthfeel, and layers of exotic fruits to the party. That wonderful combination is totally mouthwatering and succulent. Enjoy on its own whenever the mood strikes, or pair with seafood dishes for a match made in heaven.
