Classic Hawkes Bay Semillon from the coastal wonderland that is Clearview Estate. Quality semillon has become a real oddity in the New Zealand wine space these days, but Clearview have stuck to their guns and the limey, lanoline notes of tangy semillon are in full effect here.
Delicious with shellfish or a Caeser salad.
