Chateau Garage is the exciting small batch project of Ollie Powrie, the former Head Viticulturist for Villa Maria, and well-known and loved character on the Hawke's Bay wine scene. Few people have such impeccable grower contacts as Ollie, so Chateau Garage was always going to be blessed with the best fruit. 

This wonderful alabriño from the Bridge Pa Triangle was fermented in a French barrique and concrete egg and left to age on its lees. The result is a deliciously textural wine with aromas of peach and citrus, and a lingering saline finish. Pair with fresh seafood for a truly winning combination. The team are huge fans of Ollie's wines and with just a tiny number of cases produced, you don't want to miss out on these excellent boutique wines.
