Tasting Notes
A full-bodied and extroverted wine. It smells like melted butter and baking spices and tastes like nougat and caramel with just a touch of sweetness.
The winery writes "Aromas of spicy nutmeg and freshly baked brioche tantalize the senses, while the fresh, wholesome juiciness of Golden Delicious apples and Bartlett pears shine. The rich and silky mouthfeel, enhanced with hand stirring each barrel twice a month, leaves a decadent finish of brown butter and cream."
