NEW VINTAGE
92/100 | Cameron Douglas MS
90/100 | Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews
Excellent pinot gris from a boutique Hawke's Bay producer. Textural and juicy with a lovely plush mid-palate, this is a very user friendly style with good weight and rounded mouthfeel. Recommended.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "An enticing bouquet of white spice and ripe white fleshed orchard fruits. Baked pears and quince, ginger and apple, white nectarine and exotic fruits. A satin texture touches the palate first then contrasting acid line and spices from exotic fruits of lychee then pear, ginger and apple."
The winery writes "A complex and alluring bouquet of jasmine, pear, ginger and honeysuckle, intertwined with a zezty hint of mandarin peel. On the palate this wine is textural, rich and full-bodied, with concentrated stonefruit and spicey pear flavours, which persist on a long and juicy palate."
