RICHLY WEIGHTED, COMPLEX HAWKE'S BAY CHARDONNAY.
Askerne Chardonnay has long been a favourite with the Advintage Faithful and this 2023 will not disappoint. On the palate lovely citrus notes combine with medium fruit weight to produce a refreshing and delicious creamy chardonnay with great line and length. The wine completed 100% malolactic post ferment in addition to ageing on lees for 10 months and the result is a highly complex chardonnay. Go long.

The winery writes "Sweet scented with peach, lemon and hints of tropical pineapple, layered with complex notes of coconut, honied nuts and baked fruits. The palate has wonderful concentration with tropical and stonefruit flavours on a backbone of rich oak spice and vibrant citrus acidity giving generous length."
