This detailed wine has been built for the long haul but is attractive in its youth with spicy dark fruits and a lick of fresh acidity on the finish. A polished, complete syrah.

Tasting Notes
The winery writes "Lavished with care and attention in the vineyard, we’ve let the exceptional grapes take centre stage in the winemaking process. The 2019 vintage gave us the opportunity to pick syrah grapes with unparalleled flavour and balanced acidity. The grapes were gently destemmed and lightly crushed to open top red fermentation vats. Soft velvety tannins give way to a generous but balanced palate and a long, lingering finish. Young and vibrant now but cellaring will reward the patient Syrah lover."
