Named after the 100-litre 'octave' barrels that are made on site by Yalumba's Coopers, which the wine is then aged in for 1 year after spending 21 months in French oak. Vinted from a blend of old vine fruit from the Barossa and Eden Valley, this is rich, concentrated wine with dark berry fruit notes on the palate.
