For the 2023 release, fruit from Clare Valley’s Polish Hill River has been joined by Langhorne Creek Dolcetto, bringing together juicy blue fruit with a lovely savoury edge and some proper fine-grained tannin. \u003cspan class=\"contents\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is bright, energetic red wine without any of the pomp and ceremony. There’s loads of blueberry and fresh black cherry, a scattering of herbs and spice, and enough tannin and acidity to keep the whole thing wonderfully fresh. It’s delicious at normal red-wine temperature, but we reckon \u003cstrong\u003ea little chill makes it even better\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePizza is the obvious answer here, but burgers, BBQs, pasta and anything else best eaten with your hands will do nicely.
