Ripe peach, nectarine and melon lead the way, layered with grapefruit, vanilla and brioche from time in French oak. There’s a lovely creamy weight through the palate, balanced by juicy citrus acidity and a subtle struck-flint character that adds real complexity. Generous and powerful, but never overdone, with excellent length and a lingering savoury, toasty finish.
