Aromas of wild raspberry, dark cherry, dried herbs, and subtle spice lead into a supple, savoury palate layered with fine tannins and earthy complexity. A portion of whole bunch fermentation adds freshness and lift, while careful oak ageing brings depth and elegance without overpowering the fruit.
