It marks the 10th vintage of this remarkable North Canterbury Pinot Noir, crafted by acclaimed winemaker Dom Maxwell from the limestone slopes of Isolated Hill Vineyard in Waiau. As previous winemaker at Greystone, Dom knows this patch of New Zealand like the back of his hand.\u003c\/p\u003e\n \u003cp\u003eHandpicked in early April, the fruit was fermented amongst the vines in true Forager style before spending 15 months in fine-grained French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, the result is a Pinot Noir of obvious quality.
