The grapes are carefully harvested and gently handled to keep the fruit bright and clean. Most of the wine is kept in stainless steel, with a small part aged for six months in used French oak, just to add a touch of spice and roundness without taking away from the fruit. The result is smooth, vibrant, and really food-friendly, with red berry flavours, a hint of spice, and a clean, fresh finish.
