The distillery’s name translates as ‘sound of Islay’ and dates all the way back to 1846. Considered lighter in style for an Islay, this wonderful dram still has an iodine\/medicinal whiff and a peaty base upon which lie floral and fruited flavours. It starts slightly sweet, then progresses through to a charred, bone-dry finish.
